LuaRN Protection Studio v1.4.0 — Quick Help

Direct Cloudflare Pages upload — this one ZIP:
  Upload the ZIP itself in Workers & Pages → LuaRN → Create deployment.
  index.html, browser assets, and the self-contained _worker.js are at the ZIP root.
  The Worker includes /api/health and /api/obfuscate and forwards other paths to Pages assets.

Run locally:
  npm start
  Open http://localhost:8787
  Test with npm test

CLI:
  node src/cli.js examples/sample.lua -o protected.lua --target lua --preset strong
  node src/cli.js examples/roblox_sample.luau -o protected.luau --target luau --preset balanced

Presets:
  Safe      Minification/comment removal only.
  Balanced  Safe + supported strings in a deduplicated custom radix-85 pool.
  Strong    Balanced + conservative local renaming + pool checksum guard.
  Custom    Independently choose minify, string pooling, local renaming, and checksum guard.

The browser uses a local background worker by default. Hosted API mode is opt-in. The API transforms source text and never executes submitted scripts.

Limitations:
  Validation is lexical/structural, not a complete Lua/Luau compiler. Test in your exact runtime. The checksum covers pooled constants only and is not tamper-proof. This does not include control-flow virtualization or a full VM.
